::Description: This consumer database, owned by Eagle International, is made up of over 225,000 individuals or couples from Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland who requested an invitation to a seminar on negative gearing and investment or martgage elimination and tax saving.

Each contact is pre-qualified before they receive a seminar invitation in the mail. To be eligible to attend the free seminar/s they must own or be purchasing their own home, earn over $35,000 per annum and be aged between 25 and 55 years of age. Not all people who were provided invitations actually attended the seminar.

The list owner conducts, on average, 3-5 seminars per week therefore new records are continually added. All records were contacted via telemarketing and requested a seminar invitation, which they received in mail.

The list is fully personalised. Note some records are joint addresses (eg. Mr and Mrs Smith) hower, these can be converted to single addresses records.

Rental: Mailing: $300.00 per 1000 records
Telemarketing Data: $400.00 per 1000 records
Mailing and Telemarketing Data: 650.00 per 1000 records
Setup Fee: $300.00
Delivery Fee: $25.00

::Notes: Hirers are required to include record number identifier on the mailing piece as first line of address in reduce font. This will facilitate dead mail updating by the list owner.

::Terms & Conditions: List rental costs cover one time usage only. All data is seeded with dummy names to detect unauthorized use and copying in any form is prohibited. Two sample mailing packages will be required for approval by owner.

We require a signed copy of our list rental agreement and order form prior to any order being processed.

Payment is required on delivery of data unless arranged otherwise. 10% GST applies to all Australian Companies.
